Morning Wave in Busan!
While I was in China earlier this month (using the above illustration), I got an interview request from a radio station in South Korea. They were surprised to find that I was already in Asia! It turns out that South Korea is considering introducing clemency as a part of their system of criminal justice, and they wanted to talk about the way clemency works in the USA.
